Studies show we Americans spend far too much time indoors, almost 90% of our time…! The EPA states that indoor air is 2 to 5 times more polluted (sometimes up to 100x!) than outdoor air.
On top of that, modern building methods create more airtight = efficient homes (heating, cooling) but this traps pollutants inside.
So, how do we mitigate this?
Water is fundamental to our own health, and we can harness the power and vitality of water in our own homes to the ultimate benefit of our wellness. Think retreat-style spaces to enhance well-being, but make them efficient and healthy.
