In the past, we’ve relied on experience to answer nearly any question regarding Building Best Practices related to any given situation. Today, we must also rely on new research, technologies and methods to help not only accomplish tasks, but also educate ourselves about the appropriate options and communicate them to the entire development team.

The goal is to ensure we implement the highest quality systems into the homes we build. As a result, our project management efforts have become more complicated, requiring greater education and communication than ever before. In addition to all of the information at our fingertips, we also rely on our trade partners, specialists and manufacturers to be educated about product/system improvements and their applicability to the homes we build.
