The homes exterior is wood lap-siding with powder blue shutters and a veranda-style balcony across the entire front and rear of the home. The rear balcony and upper bedrooms enjoy a beautiful ocean view. The homes interior stays true to the traditional American styles with a light, beachy feel to compliment the homes location and relationship with the beaches and Pacific Ocean nearby.
The project was designed to accommodate a wide and shallow lot facing views of the distant Pacific Ocean. This afforded an opportunity to take advantage of a wide front elevation with a big estate feel. It also allowed so many of the rooms in the home to enjoy the views.
