The home contains a secondary family room for the kids, a media/screening room, a club lounge with wet bar, a hidden game room/people cave and his and her offices in addition to all the typical room functions.
In addition, the home contains 6 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. The gardens are magnificent and feature a 75’ Olympic training pool, water features, exterior shower, garden conversation areas, a beautiful outdoor kitchen and an accessory recreation building with game room and bath. The home and grounds combine to make a wonderful compound this family will enjoy for many years to come.
Most significant, the home was designed and permitted within 7 months, site prepared and construction completed within 15 months. The entire process from contract signing to delivery of the finished home in 22 months…an amazing accomplishment for a home and site of this size and scope.
