The Enclave at Century City is a community of ten custom single-family homes on a charming cobbled cul-de-sac in the center of the Century Woods community in Century City. The architectural character of the Homes leverage a California Mediterranean style inspired by the classic Spanish homes of the 1920s, 30s and 40s in older communities like Hollywood, Hancock Park, Beverly Hills and Pasadena.
Each home contains 5,500 to 6,500 sq. ft. of living area on three to four levels…all served by private elevators. Each home surrounds an entry courtyard with a private garden , dining and living area with direct access to the interior living, dining, family room and kitchen…providing a wonderful indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A short walk or drive away from The Enclave is the resident’s clubhouse with kitchen, fireplace and a variety of lounging, gathering and entertaining areas.
All of the homes offer the conveniences of nearby shopping and entertainment located in Century City and surrounding communities.
