Structure Home CEO Robert Kleiman has more than 40 years of experience in construction, marketing and forward planning for real estate development, co-founding Structure Home in 1995.
A licensed real estate broker and general building contractor with undergraduate degrees from Duke University, Robert oversees Structure operations and performance, land acquisition and development, design and plan development, entitlements and zoning requirements, product marketing, business development and project financing.
Before Structure Home, Robert was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Braemar Homes from 1983-1995, where he directed the Residential Division, specializing in luxury move-up communities.
Having successfully managed the development and sale of over 1,700 single family residences, condominiums, and apartments plus more than 500,000 square feet of commercial/retail with sales in excess of $1 billion, your custom home is in expert hands.
