Structure Home Founder Robert Kleiman has more than 40 years of experience in construction, marketing and forward planning for real estate development, co-founding Structure Home in 1995.
A licensed real estate broker and general building contractor with undergraduate degrees from Duke University, Robert oversees Structure operations and performance, land acquisition and development, design and plan development, entitlements and zoning requirements, product marketing, business development and project financing.
Before Structure Home, Robert was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Braemar Homes from 1983-1995, where he directed the Residential Division, specializing in luxury move-up communities.
Having successfully managed the development and sale of over 1,700 single family residences, condominiums, and apartments plus more than 500,000 square feet of commercial/retail with sales in excess of $1 billion, your custom home is in expert hands.
Structure Home CEO and visionary Timothy Rozenboom is a seasoned home builder with over two decades of diverse experience in the residential construction industry.
Timothy’s career began in Detroit, Michigan, where he mastered comprehensive construction tasks, from foundations through rough framing to finish carpentry. In 2002, he left for a warmer climate and founded Pro Finish Hawaii Carpenters in Maui County, Hawaii. Pro Finish specialized in fine finish carpentry and managing high-end oceanfront projects with the highest levels of craftsmanship.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 2012 to start a family, Timothy advanced through roles as a Lead Finish Carpenter, progressing to Field Superintendent and Project Management. He’s completed complex residential projects for high-profile clients throughout Los Angeles.
Timothy’s greatest accomplishments are his wife and two daughters (ages 10 & 15) and he enjoys coaching youth softball, mountain biking & skiing.

Structure Home consists of 12 incredible people, including 7 in the offices and 5 in the field. As a cohesive group we have guided hundreds of families through their home-building journey…and this experience has shaped, refined and sharpened the skills we offer to every Structure project.
