There is construction activity going on just about everywhere you look! One of the biggest challenges that all custom home builders/remodelers in our area are facing today is the scarcity of qualified labor and tradesman to support the volume of construction. This is a difficult challenge, not unfamiliar as it happens at every recovery, but nonetheless requires our careful attention and support.
Some of the solutions Structure Home utilizes to help overcome this challenge are as follows:

We use a systematic process of team collaboration, starting at the inception of design development to accomplish this planning, which sets a project up for smooth execution.
- Make timely payments for completed work to the entire design and construction team! Proactive planning, careful adherence to accounting procedures and making the required capital available to support – and improve – project performance with timely payments for strong performance. This is an age old and consistently successful strategy.
- Facilitate efficiency through communication, information sharing, support, respect and collaboration. These are always effective tools which can also transform the project experience into a pleasant and supportive one.
These three components will influence the strongest workflow in a time of tight labor…when all human resources are stretched.
