We've built over 150 custom homes - and 99% of them utilize Infratech heaters.
We’ve been building custom luxury residences in the Los Angeles area for more than 26 years. Led by founder and CEO Bob Kleiman, we love to take clients from the initial planning stage all the way through to the construction of an award-winning property. Our custom homes been recognized in the Best of Houzz, among others, every year since 2017.
Along these lines, we pride ourselves on crafting authentic architectural designs that complement the neighborhoods they inhabit. If you know Structure Home, you know our work is grounded in a “Whole Lot of Living” ethos that dictates thoughtful consideration of the entire structure, as well as its relationship to the natural environment.
This translates into the use of environmentally friendly materials and efficient consumption of resources, in addition to leveraging technology to consciously improve the carbon footprint of each property we construct.
As a rule, we create beautiful and useful indoor-outdoor spaces in each project we undertake.
“Everybody in Southern California wants an outdoor living room with a fireplace and television, music, comfortable seating and area rugs, shade, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and heating elements,” Kleiman says.
We love using Infratech heaters to heat our outdoor living spaces and designs because they combine maintenance-free operation with a versatile array of design choices.
“I build for clients in the coastal cities of the Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood, where evenings get cold and people want to use those spaces. I’ve done 150 custom homes on the west side of LA, and 99% of them have Infratech heaters in them..” – Bob Kleiman, Structure Home Founder & CEO
We only use products and suppliers that provide the perfect marriage of aesthetic beauty and long-term use, for the ultimate benefit to our custom home clients. And Infratech is one of those products we use again and again.
We’ve been using Infratech exterior heaters to keep our clients warm in their stunningly designed outdoor living areas for years. Below, a few of our projects featuring Infratech heating.
This traditional Cape Cod style home was built for a family that prioritizes comfort and casual, outdoor living. It incorporates a balcony on the second floor with structural skylights built into the deck, in order to flood the space below with natural light. We added an outdoor living room and loggia, to extend the family’s living and gathering spaces into the backyard.
Two WD-Series heaters were flush-mounted into the loggia’s ceiling, to add comfort to the space and expand the client’s ability to enjoy the outdoor living area year-round. We specified Infratech’s Home Management control too, for automated performance that integrates with the family’s smart home system.
