Health Insurance – Structure Home offers a selection of comprehensive medical plans to support the needs of our employees and their families.
• Choice of two PPO plans and two HMO plans
• Generous employer contribution toward medical coverage

• Coverage eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment
Disability Protection – To help protect our employees and their families from unexpected circumstances:
• Long-Term Disability coverage provided
• Eligibility begins the first of the month after 90 days of employment

• 16 days of PTO annually during the first 5 years of employment
